The best way to watch
The best way to watch is via the app, download now for Windows or macOS.
The app is also available for iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV Stick, Samsung & LG smart TV's and more. Search for 'Emby' in the app store.
Logging in
1. On first opening the app you will see 'Welcome to Emby', Click Next.
2. The next screen is for connecting with an Emby Account, Click 'Skip'.
3. On the 'Connect to Server' screen type 'https://normflix.com' in to the Host box, change the number in the Port box to 443 and click 'Connect'.
4. Now click on Manual Login and enter your login credentials to sign in.

Any other way ?
If your device does not have a dedicated app then normflix can be used in most web browsers. Just visit normflix.com.

For a better experience when using a smart TV or games console, type tv.emby.media in your device's built in web browser and follow the logging in guide above.

Requesting content
You can request any new or old TV shows and movies via request.normflix.com or Get the app for Android. The connection address is http://request.normflix.com and your log in details are the same as your normflix account.
Please note however that requests for new movies will only be fulfilled after they have had their digital release, any movies that are still only showing in cinema's will not be available.

To request a TV channel to be added please contact me directly, providing the channel name that your show is airing on. Request in plenty of time before your event starts. Most pay-per-view content will be shown on either or both of the normflix box office channels.
General playback issues
If you are having problems playing any content, make sure you have a good internet connection. If you have no issues watching youtube videos you should have no issues watching content on normflix. If problems persist try restarting the app or even your device. If you have any consistent issues please contact me directly.
General quality issues
If you find any content that is incorrect please report it to me directly. These issues can include: lack of or incorrect subtitles, mismatched audio sync, garbled video/audio, incorrectly titled/numbered episodes or incorrectly labelled movies.
Quiet Audio?
Depending on your device and the specific content you are watching some videos with surround sound will not playback correctly. This will usually result in very quiet audio or a lack of dialogue. Try to use the Emby app if available for your device as this will always result in better playback compatibility than using a web browser. Failing that try using a different web browser or a different device.
Live TV playback issues
Normflix TV channels are available 99% of the time so please report it straight away if none of the channels are working. Do not wait until your event has started. Always use an Emby app if available for your device as that will provide a better playback experience than using a web browser. If you have tried restarting your device and your channel remains unavailable, please contact me directly.
